For properties listed at a price of $1,500,000 or more, your associate is given an option to select Worldwide Property Brochure distribution. One copy of the brochure will be inserted into a custom envelope and mailed via first class mail to each of the addresses on the current distribution lists. This program exposes your property to potential homebuyers who seek properties of distinctive character.

 

Your property brochure can also be displayed at Sotheby’s auction houses and sales rooms in New York, London and other worldwide locations. These are among the world’s most popular places to see and experience exceptional art, jewelry and collectibles.
